The cost for your Basic Photo DVD Package includes:
- Personal Consultation to discuss your package focus, creative ideas, personal requests, etc. We want to make your DVD suited to your needs and personality.
- Customized intro and menu
- Customized effects, including zoom and pan, transitions, and special effects between all photos.
- Customized music - choose your favorite songs, or let us pick something that fits the mood. We won't charge extra if we purchase the songs.
- 1 Copy of your DVD, DVD Jewel case with printed label for DVD and case.
- Video preview. We want you to be happy with your photo DVD so before the final cut, you'll have a chance to review it on our site and make any final decisions in how your photos will be presented.
- We create a free preview for you before your show is complete so you can have your say before the final cut.

The following are a few features that you can add to make your slideshow even more exciting:
- Digital Video Clips - add a video clip up to 5 minutes long in .mpg or .avi format.
- Customized captions - add captions to your photos to help tell your story.
- Don't have digital photos? Send us your photos and we'll scan them for you and even touch them up in PhotoShop so they look crisp and clear.
- Extra Copies of your DVD - we'll create copies with jewel cases and labels to give as gifts or keep as backups. We'll even send them to multiple locations for you.
- Shipping options - regular mail, priority, or express - current USPS rates.

Payment Options
We currently accept payment in the form of Money Order, PayPal, or Google Checkout. Please tell us the method you prefer and details will be sent to you in your invoice.
Payment Terms
Because our time is invested in the creation of your DVD from the start, we ask that you pay half up front to cover this time. We also request that the invoice must be paid in full, and your method of payment has cleared before we ship your order.
Refund Policy
Due to the amount of time it will take to create your photo slideshow, we are not able to offer refunds. However, we understand that your satisfaction with the final product is very important, so we are happy to offer a one time review of your show with you before the final cut and welcome any suggestions you may have that will make you happy with the DVD we create for you.
